CONTINUOUS SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

CONTINUOUS SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

A school’s mission and vision serve as the foundation for why they exist and their beliefs as to what is important for all learners in their school. In order to achieve the school’s mission and vision with fidelity and consistency, schools must constantly evaluate, plan, train, implement, monitor, and assess everything they do to determine whether or not they are meeting the needs of their learners. This process is known as the Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP).

During the summer of 2019 data from schoolwide assessments, staff interviews, stakeholder surveys, and school community observations were collected, The data collected was then analyzed and used as the guide for developing the 2019-2020 Carrie Ricker School CSIP.
